I am interested to hear this news about the availability of our products in store.
I presume you are referring to Park'n'shop stores. I am aware that our products were withdrawn from the shelves recently due to a documentation issue regarding stating the Best Before date in Mandarin on the packs. My understanding is that this issue has now been resolved and products are back on shelf.
As you may be aware, Cafedirect is relatively new to Hong Kong, so it is great to hear from our customers - Can you let me know which particular product it is that you normally buy and which store you have had the problem with?
If you still are having problems with availability, please let me know and I will investigate further.
