今日去黃金行個圈，見到隻有人話幾好用的WEB CAM,但唔同牌子，賣90一隻，170兩隻。但問個SALES，佢話個WEB CAM的LED燈係自動開關，唔可以人手開或關，所以無買，行到第二間，見到朋友介紹的牌子，但賣９９一隻，可以O係DRIVER度開關LED燈，最後買 左兩隻190。但諗返轉頭，我想信之前見到90 O個隻係一樣，只係個SALES唔熟，佢自己做唔到生意時我亦買貴左。

在 買WEB CAM那間舖見到有賣WACOM INTUOS3，就問佢有無GRAPHIRE，佢話有仲要做特價，498送MOUSE。外邊好多都係賣緊大約550仲要無MOUSE送或要加錢先「送」， 即時令我心癢。我原本諗住買蒙恬聽寫王，見到有個網頁話 有學界優惠，賣 600(街賣680)，有WACOM塊版之外仲有蒙恬的軟件同語音輸入，蒙恬單版都 要賣500(街價560)。另一方面，WINDOWS XP本身有手寫輸入介面，用一般WACOM版都可以用到(其實用MOUSE就得，但呢個介面只可以用於OFFICE/IE，我記得唔係所有地方都用到)。 我諗住自己無咩需要用手寫版，買塊TABLET主要都係在用來做RETOUCH, 雖然蒙恬應該抵玩Ｄ，但我又怕D常駐程式，又懶得問間公司係唔係真係有得平，而且又怕遲Ｄ先買會貴番......



買左之用落唔係好慣，同埋我之前唔知個MOUSE要在版上用，但整體都唔錯，但唔知用在XP會點，要星期一試下。同一塊版有藍芽版本，諗下左手揸版，右手寫字的感覺應該唔錯......

Winning 9, Taiko

Taiko 新一隻碟係動畫主題曲大集會，之前都出過一隻類似，但好似唔賣得，唔知今次會點。但玩落去真係無咩新意，沿用第四代的介面，又無新加特別的「鼓法」只係換左D我唔識的日本動畫主題曲，反而覺得第四代最好玩，D歌亦好聽D，不過佢D MINI GAME 都幾好玩，如果佢唔係有新MINI GAME 我先唔會買(上一隻以英文曲主打的就係用舊MINI GAME，結果而家個價跌到百二、三蚊。我覺得如果NAMCO出隻太鼓MINI GAME結集可能仲好賣，但當然要佢諗多十幾廿個新MINI GAME 先啦。

WINNING 9 玩左兩場，覺得易入波過WINNING 8，但D 球員的動作細節多左，控波亦難左，易D 甩波。但個龍門好似變得白痴，我用英國對巴拉圭，OWEN 在禁區邊斜角射波，個龍門竟然企定定，睇住個波入網，但我要再玩耐D 先知係唔係真係易入波，因為我只係玩3粒星。另外同WINNING 8 的分別就係畫面靚左，球證的動作亦流暢D，我見到有個畫面係我剷低左對方，但球賽繼續，到個波出界，先影番個受傷的人起身，以前就算有人趴低而又無吹，都唔會之後影番。

Summer Holiday

Haven't update for a month, I am a bit tired of writing blog, just too lazy. Chris told me to try Kenya from Waitrose (maybe wrong spelled.) I bought a pack for almost two months even sooner than Machu Picchu but have never open it. I opened it a week ago and find it too weak, not strong enought for me, but it tastes fine and good for an after lunch coffee.

Summer is the season for game lover, lots of new games coming in Summer Holiday. Tatio 5, Winning Eleven 9, Super Robot War Alpha 3 (in store already). But they are all expensive, SRW Alpha 3 cost at least $490 without the DVD. I want to buy it for $450, may have to wait for 2 weeks, but then, Winning Eleven and Tatio will be in store too... I just don't have the money to buy all of them.

GT Force Pro

又係打機，最近向朋友的朋友買左個GT Force Pro 連GT4 game. 日日唔係玩winning 就係GT4，一諗起7月中出機戰ALPHA第3集同8月出太鼓就知自己有排唔得閒。



講番個軚盤，手感真係唔錯，夠重，油門等腳踏的反應好快同敏感，搶軚感覺好強烈(至於似唔似真我就唔知，因為我唔識開 車，亦未試過開真車) 如果玩D 多彎又急的賽道，轉彎後一定要好用力捉實堂軚，令架車保持直線行駛，否則好易失控，一失控就真係失去控制，成堂軚鬆晒，如果唔煞車的話無咩可能可以救得 番，同用KEYPAD玩好唔同。震動亦係好強烈，好似係富士賽車場，有一個減速彎可以抄小路直衝過去，但就要經過一段石仔路，一上條石仔路，個軚就會好 震，又係一定要捉實，因為係會震到(可能有一部份係因為搶軚)個軚會自己向左/右。我試過玩一個錦標賽，連續五場，每場平均五、六個圈，玩到第五場時隻手 已經好攰，有D 酸軟，所以唔可以玩好耐。另外雖然我好少用波棍，但試過個波棍的反應都好快，方便過用軚盤下面的L1/R1轉波。

但總結一句，呢個軚盤賣1200實在太貴，我覺得賣600-700 先合理，同埋如果唔係長放出來，而係好似我咁玩先拿出來的話就好煩，好多線，一來要火牛、又要插usb，腳踏又有條線駁去軚盤。所以每次玩之前都要用4、5分鐘setup，間接令我玩少左。

Hori Anasin2Turbo

最近掛住打機，好少行街，為左玩個四年前出的FF X，買左個連射手掣，買o個時諗，既然買得就買個無線。點知買左先知錯，因為佢係無線，有省電功能，3分鐘收唔到新指令就會關，但我打算要佢連續半個鐘，唔使我理，結果都係要我睇住，失左原意。

不過，個無線手掣本身幾好，無線傳送完全無問題，無延遲的感覺，同有線一樣，Logitech都有出一款同規格的無線手掣，但就無連射，又貴D。

呢 個手掣的最大問題唔係傳送，而係D 掣做得唔到，按下去唔夠順，右邊四個掣有時按下後會有少少"CLICK"住， 唔知係唔係因為係大陸造的關係....... 左邊的十字掣亦唔係SHARP，即有時係按下掣，但就變成係「左」(一半原因係我按得唔好，但你投入打機時唔會有時間留意手指按得好唔好......)， 原裝PS2 手掣好少呢類問題(不過我個原裝手掣的左邊analogue掣都有d 問題......made in China........)。

我無試過logitech 款手掣，唔知造工會唔會好d，我亦唔知係唔係只係我唔好彩買左個差手掣，我認為hori可以做好d，起碼D掣做好D已經足夠。

最後要講下佢D掣的編排，如果你睇到張相就會發現佢個START 同 SELECT 上面同下面都有o野頂住，好難按，如果要經常reset (如機戰) 就會好辛苦。另外，hori 話一個接收器可以同時控制8個手掣，但我從無見過有單獨的手掣賣........

Machu Picchu

I bought it from Great in Pacific Place for HK$60, much more expensive than cafedirect's usual coffee. (less than HK$40) (http://www.cafedirect.co.uk/products/med_roast.php.) The taste of this Machu Picchu is quite interesting, it is not strong, I will give it "2" instead of "3" as suggested by the company (1-5 scale.) It have some smoky taste when I first try it, and the taste keep changing in my mouth after swallowing, like drinking whisky :) . However, these flavor has gone after 1 (2?) week, maybe my coffee bottle is not air-tight enough or I just get used to it already. Anyway, I prefer something stronger like the one I am drinking, Waitrose (Itanian.) Probably I won't buy Machu Picchu again but its packing and its name is really attractive. I showed the coffee bag to a colleague before a weekend and he told me later that he have had some fantasy about the coffee over the weekend...

Koss portaPro

買左四個月，我終於收到隻portaPro，比我想象中細同輕好多，適合拿出街用，但佢個樣唔靚，所以我又唔想拿出街用...... :) 我在街上亦從無見過有人用portaPro (其實連其他Koss的耳筒都好少人用，連最平最多人買的the plug都少見)。我另外有一隻KCS35個"鼓"同portaPro完全一樣(我相信佢地係一樣，因為睇佢地的規格係完全相同，大少、外型都一樣，但聽 出來有少少分別)，只係戴的方式唔同。

耳 筒最重要係音質，呢方面我實在詞窮，唔識形容(同飲酒一樣......)，只可以大致講幾句，公 認的是低音勁，而且唔朦朧(有些耳筒聽落低音好似好"勁"，但就細節全無，完全不堪入耳)，其他中、高音的表現都相當好，是我意料之內，亦是一般US $40的耳筒應有的表現。值得一題的是，我以前用開Sony DJ-V300 (Z-300)，覺得相當唔錯，但與KCS35作A/B比較時發現koss低音較強之外，感染力亦較強，簡單講係聽KCS35舒服D。

由 於portaPro未「熟」(一般人會話未"煲"好)，所以未能聽出它的實力，與KCS35比較時發現portaPro隔音較好，聽到較少外面的雜音，而 在同一個音量下portaPro較大聲D (可能係因為隔音好所致)，但KCS35各音部都較明亮(bright)，D聲音出D (呢類形容詞只能意會......)。嗯，我可以講的只有咁多。

不過講起KCS35就有段小插曲，我當日買耳筒，原本係諗住買 Sennheiser PX100，我問老闆有無得試，佢話無，但有一隻(KCS35)有得試，而且比PX100 好，咁我咪試，一試覺得好好，但自己未試過PX100，始終有D猶豫，試左好耐，老闆加一句，話佢自己認為KCS35最好聲(佢係老闆，經驗一定多過 我)，同埋已經停產(罕有亦係吸引我的因素)，而且唔貴，平過PX100，所以我就買左。但後來發現KCS35都未完全停產，但只能在KOSS的網頁上 訂，一般零售店無得賣(包括AMAZON)，好彩隻耳筒無令我失望，但我始終好想試聽PX100。

另外，當日我見老闆檯面有隻 Westone UM2，有個客諗住買，我就問老闆拿來試聽，一試真是出乎意料的好，一般呢類塞耳的耳筒的低音好朦朧，而且過強，但呢隻UM2 聽落去同其他掩耳耳筒無分別，再加上塞耳耳筒的良好隔音，最適合拿出街用，但它的價錢同樣驚人，折左都要二千八百港幣......自問買唔起，但另一位客 人買了......。

First post

I have long thought making a webpage expressing my view on products (electronics mostly.) But I was just too lazy and now I think it is not a bad idea to start with a Blog. So.... let start with 6230i, my newly bought mobile phone. You can check its features and spec at http://www.nokia.com/6230i .


My impression is that it is a little bit thick comparing to my previous phone (Sharp/Xera GZ100), but actually it isn't thick (20mm). Generally, it is a very good mobile phone, what impress me most is the high-res screen (208x208 pixels) and the loud and clear loudspeaker. Quick response to keypresses, this is why I prefer Symbian series 40 to 60. (You will know what I mean if you try opening the "Contacts" in Nokia 6260).

What disappointed me most is the Memory card (MMC) cannot be hotplug, i.e. you must turn off the phone before removing/inserting an memory card. (one obvious reason for this is the memory card slot is right behind the battery....). Using MMC instead of RS-MMC is another disappointment. Though 6230i can support a 512MB MMC at max., a 512MB full size MMC card is rare in market. I haven't tried putting a RS-MMC in it but I suspect that the adaptor (make a RS-MMC becomes a full-size MMC) is not flat enough to be put into the phone.

Lastly, the battery drain quite fast. You need to recharge the battery after 3-4 days use (about 30-60 mins talktime a day.) I have charged it twice in 10 days(not including the very first charge) with almost 3hrs total talktime and I seldom use it to take photo or play mp3. By the way, the camera on the phone is not as good as I thought. Although it is a 1.3 megapixel camera but it produces average/fair quality photo. The photos are not sharp and is pale.

P.S. You might have noticed that I have a lot more complaints than appreciation, it is usually not the product's "fault" but just the way I am. I like to complain, complain, complain. :D
